Sessions at a private training studio in West Vancouver. Great for progressive strength work and barbell training.

Vinyasa flow for strength and breath, or deep yin for fascia and recovery. Available virtually.

Train alongside a partner, friend, or small group. Lower per-person cost, same coaching attention.

1:1 coaching over video, anywhere in the world. Live form and cueing during your session.
Monthly billing, paid in advance. Most clients train 1–2× weekly. All sessions are 45 minutes.
First month of training, $10 off every session. Whichever format you pick.

All prices in CAD. Sessions are paid for at the start of each month, and any incomplete sessions carry over to the next. Late cancellations within 24 hours are billed at full rate. Cancellations with 24+ hours notice can be rescheduled at no charge.
