Meet Coach Ellen

With over a decade of experience training clients of all ages and stages, I know how powerful it is to feel strong in your body — and how hard it can be to find your way there.
Growing up, I played competitive sports, and movement was second nature. But when that season ended in university, I lost touch with it. For years, I struggled to stay consistent, feel good in my body, and make fitness stick.
Everything changed when I stopped chasing aesthetics and started training for strength, function, and longevity. That shift gave me more than just physical results — it gave me confidence, capability, and a deep love for movement.
Today, I help others find that same connection — whether you’re:
• Rebuilding your core after baby
• Navigating the mental load of motherhood
• Or just trying to feel better and move more consistently
I’m here to meet you where you are, and guide you forward with a personalized, supportive plan that works with your life — not against it.
Let’s find your strength together.
💛
