Strong Moms:
Small Group Training Built for Motherhood

Motherhood is full of lifting, carrying, bending, chasing, and doing it all on little sleep. Strong Moms is a supportive, small-group training program designed to help you build real-life strength — so you can move through mom life with confidence and less pain.

 

Functional Training:

  • Functional training means something different for everyone.

  • For moms, it means building the strength and confidence to carry out all the daily tasks of motherhood — pain free and with power.

  • Choose workouts that get you strong for motherhood.

Class Details:

  • When: Sunday mornings, 10:15 AM

  • Where: Freedom Health Studio (private training studio located in West Vancouver)

  • Format: 45-minute functional training

  • Dates: Oct 19 – Dec 21, 2025

  • Investment: $200 for 8 classes ($25/class)

Built-in Flexibility:

  • Mom-Friendly Pass

  • Attend any 8 classes in the 10-week series.

  • Skip up to 2 weeks if needed — built for real mom life.

  • Completed all 8? Join the last 2 weeks at a special drop-in rate.
