Meet Coach Paul

I’m a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and registered Kinesiologist, passionate about helping people move with more confidence, strength, and ease — no matter their age or health history.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, I saw a clear gap in support for those managing chronic and acute health conditions, especially within older populations. That realization drove me to pursue clinical experience and deepen my knowledge — ultimately earning my ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification and BCAK registration.
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients to:
• Lower blood pressure
• Improve blood sugar regulation
• Regain mobility after injury
• Return to daily life with more energy and less pain
Whether it’s working through a diagnosis or simply rebuilding confidence in movement, my approach is always grounded in empathy, evidence, and long-term success.
When I’m not working with clients, I love rock climbing, cycling, and trying out new hobbies (without taking on too many at once). You’ll usually find me cooking something new or exploring the outdoors.
I’m here to support you on your journey — with compassion, consistency, and a plan that fits your life.
