Mission

After becoming a mom in 2022, Ellen quickly noticed a huge gap in postpartum care.

At her six-week checkup, there was no mention of her core, no screening for pelvic floor dysfunction — just a quick “you’re cleared” and a vague green light to resume normal activity.

 

But birth isn’t something your body just bounces back from.

It’s a physical event that deserves real recovery — yet most women are left to figure it out alone.

 

After surgery, patients are referred to physio without question.

But after birth? We’re sent home with a baby and no roadmap for healing.

 

We deserve better.

 

That’s what drove Ellen to become a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist — to bridge that gap and change the standard.

 

Her mission is simple:

To help women reconnect with their bodies, rebuild strength from the inside out, and move forward with confidence.
